The pultrusion process is used to shaping FRP                 ( FIberglass Reinforced polymer) matrial to strong and light weigh profile compare to Iron. This process gives us to continuous of FRP Product.

Pneumatic actuating gripper is used in Pultrusion machines for Gripping of shaped products. After the heater we put one griper which is operated by a pneumatic system. This whole system is mounted above the puller which hold out FRP profile and support to pilling system.Griper force can be very by customer requirement   

 

In this gripping system we use twin Pneumatic cylinders for gripping system and air as medium to applied force. This air is coming from an air compressor which is attached with our machine. Air flow and its pressure is controlled by the air valve.
